We are working very hard to take care of our clients during their booked visits. In order to be fair to all our clients we have a strict cancellation and attendance policy.

• Twenty four (24) hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations.

• If less than 24 hrs notice is given, we reserves the right to charge $50.00 on the next booking schedule

• Pre-Paid appointments not attended will forfeit a treatment from their package, subject to exceptional circumstances like medical emergencies

• Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hour notice via social media is not acceptable.

• Cancellations must be done by contacting the clinic directly by calling 4165774825.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  Late arrival may result in a modified treatment time so that the next guest is not kept waiting.  Full charges will apply.

We ask for 24 hours notice before a cancellation or appointment change to allow other clients to have a time slot. Failure to inform us within 24 hours will lead to cancellation of your one treatment appointment.
